Shipping Questions

If you purchased any items please review the sales page for delivery time. Some products ship local some international. Keep in mind that all items that says ships from US will take at least 5-8 days. International ships 10-15 days with 7 day processing.Some items may be shipped separate if you receive a product faster. Awaiting on other order might mean you placed a local order with an international order. For any exchanges or refunds please visit Refund-Exchange Policy.

Tracking

On the top menu bar there is a Tracking page where you input your email address and your order number to check status of your shipping.You may also check to receive updates in the check box whenever there's movement in tracking.If there is no tracking available and has been longer than the processing time go to the Contact US page on footer.

Automated

Our store is completely automated so if you enter the wrong address or zip code contact us right away. Make sure while making a purchase you use the drop down boxes for the product.  This will ensure that you are getting the size and color you want!
